It encompasses a wide range of behaviors and practices aimed at promoting respectful and productive communication and relationships in the business world. In this course is devided into 8 workshops and you will learn about: 1. Business Culture and principles of Business Etiquette ○ An introduction to the rules of building relationships with partners in Business, indicating priorities and providing basic social comfort. 2. Standards and forms of Business Culture ○ Essential values, attitudes and behaviors that characterize Business environment, improving the workplace and relationship. 3. Greetings,introducing oneself, addressing persons according to their position ○ The forms of presenting yourself to make a positive impression on collaborators, partners and supervisors. 4. Order of Precedence ○ Crucial element of official activity, a sequential hierarchy of nominal importance, applied to individuals and groups, used by organizations and governments. 5. Internet, mail and phone Etiquette ○ The rules of appropriate communication in a professional manner, necessary to understand the expectation of partners and practical in working relationships. 6. Image in Business: body language, dress code, presentation ○ Lecture explains the meaning of self-awareness around appearance, actions and words. Professional image is a personal brand and opportunity for a successful career. 7. Business receptions and meal Etiquette ○ As not every business act takes place in an office, meetings over a meal are a common practice, with the goal to make a favorable impression in social business situations. 8. Cultural differences: overseas Business trips, reception of foreign business partners ○ Models of reaction to cross- culture approaches in international business activity, improving ability to understand, communicate and manage across borders and countries and to get profit and performance.
